We have tired to get to the park every day that is decent or atleast out in the front yard because we know fall is here and soon winter will be!
Milo is doing well with his ear tubes. We havnt seen a ton of changes but hes shaking his head less and communicating a little more... even if its in undesirable ways! He has learned to hit and yell at mommy but seems to stop quickly when he hears the word "no" but doesnt stop without a fuss! He has fallen in love with toy cars this last 2 weeks all he does is push cars all up and down the hall way or around and around the living room. We went to grandmas house the other night and the first thing he did was run to the toys and pick out the one toy truck in there and push it up and down the hall and around the dining room. (grandma is thinking she needs more cars now)
Rio starts his transition to school this month first he will be having his regular speech therapy at shcool instead of at home. Then later on he will start going more days and by Dec. he will be going to a speical preschool for children with special needs 5 days a week for about 2-3 hours in the morning every week! Its going to be such a big change for our family. As a stay at home mother i have spent almost every minute of Rios life by his side and its going to be such a change to wake up take him to school bring him home have lunch then nap then dinner and baths and bed time routine ill feel like i hardly see him! Its going to be so great for his growing mind to have a routine and activities in the morning :) We look forward to the changes but are sad to see him growing up so fast!
Baby #3 is doing well! I was 12 weeks on Sunday and due date is set at March 14th 2010! We cannot wait to see how the boys react to another sibling in the house! We are finding out the sex in October BUT plan on not telling anyone until the birth, so dont ask! Our families will have to come meet the baby to find out the sex :) We do plan on having a meet the baby party once the baby is a few weeks old. People were asking if i wanted a shower and not only do we really not need much but id like to wait for people to know the sex if they plan on buying a gift for the baby. So gifts are welcome at the meet the baby party but not requested! If this baby is a girl we will need some pink items! If its a boy we will be pretty set on everything!
